Common Questions

If I upgrade, do I lose access to what I already had access to?

No, when you upgrade to a higher membership level, you get everything the was included in all the others before it. So if you Join the Temple network, you get everything in Soul Based Life, Flame Holder plus all new course materials in the Temple Network membership. If you move up to Flame Architect, you get access to all the previous plus all ARC Speak materials.

Can I upgrade to a different membership tier later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Simply cancel your current membership subscription and re-enroll in the membership tier of your choice. It’s a seamless process designed for fluid movement. If you want to change in the middle of a billing cycle, you can reach out to me directly and we can discuss best options for making this happen.

How do I join the Monthly Live Q&A?
You’ll receive the private link inside your membership dashboard. This link will only be accessible to current members. Each session will be recorded and added to your membership replay library or playlist depending on membership teir.

Where do I access the materials and guidance once I join?
Once logged into Thinkific, you’ll be welcomed with a course-style orientation that walks you through:

• Any bonus content included in your tier

Everything is centralized in one space for ease of navigation.

Can I purchase courses separately without a membership?
Yes. All courses are available à la carte. If you prefer to purchase just a course without joining the membership, you may do so directly through the course pages. Some courses may have access windows (e.g., 1-year access), which will be noted clearly.

How do I cancel or change my membership?
You can cancel anytime through your Thinkific account settings.
To change membership levels:

• Cancel your current tier

• Re-sign up under the desired membership option
  No penalties. No lost access during your billing cycle.

What platform is used for content and sessions?
Membership content is hosted on Thinkific.
The community discussions take place on Telegram.
For Flame Holders Membership and Up, you will also have access to a private website with additional content.

All supported materials and course are included in your dashboard based on what membership you are enrolled in.

What happens if I cancel—do I lose access immediately?
No. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, content access is paused unless you rejoin.
